A survey carried out by the National Confederation of Industry (CNI) revealed that only 9% of the industries interviewed (small, medium and large) use Lean Manufacturing in all their processes.
To compete in the demanding and challenging Industry 4.0 market, production must operate in a lean manner: reducing costs and unnecessary steps, eliminating waste and increasing product quality.
