The significant growth rates in the Civil Construction area lead to a search for higher quality, higher performance rates, planning results, productivity and efficiency, linked to quality and cost reduction by meeting execution deadlines. This panorama consolidates actions to improve the work process, encourages the use of technologies and draws attention to innovation and the achievement of sustainability in buildings.
The implementation of the Performance Standard and the search for Sustainable Constructions establish a new context in the process of designing projects and constructions, which require simulations, active project integration management, more detailed material specifications, mastery of construction techniques, greater control of costs and productivity, construction management achieving greater durability of buildings.
Thus, in line with the current context of the Civil Construction area and the emergence of a demand in the country for the specialization of professionals, the SENAI CIMATEC INTEGRATED CAMPUS found the opportunity to implement the MTI in Construction Management, through the iNOVA Post Program, with the proposal for faster and more innovative learning
