THE COURSE 
The SENAI CIMATEC University Center trains professionals with the capacity to work in the generation, distribution and transmission of energy and in the most diverse fields of Electrical Engineering: telecommunications, automation, renewable sources, automation in industry, civil construction activities, electric vehicles, industrial networks, electrical projects, among others.

Electrical Engineering is an area focused on the study of circuits and energy, electrical networks and everything involving the generation of electricity. It also includes the study of embedded systems, microcontrollers, microprocessors and connectivity and network systems. Prof. Paulo Andrade Souza

Professional with more than 10 years of experience, occupying strategic leadership positions in academia, public authorities and private companies. Great knowledge of the Energy Generation, Transmission and Education sector. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Electrotechnical (2010), a Master's in Energy (2013) from UNIFACS, a specialization in MBA in Project Management (2015) from FGV and a PhD in progress in Electrical Engineering from UFBA.
Member of IEEE and former advisor to CREA-BA, University Professor since 2014, he worked in the area of ​​electrical energy generation having been an advisor to the Secretariat of Industry, Commerce and Mining of the Government of Bahia and participated as a partner and consultant in several wind projects and solar (portfolio of operations comprising 1GW of wind, 270MWp of centralized solar and 2MWp of micro and minigeneration). He is currently a partner at Quirium Soluções em Energia and Coordinator of the Electrical Engineering Courses at SENAI CIMATEC.
