The course

The Mechanical Engineering course is for those who like to learn about the design, assembly and maintenance of machines, equipment, systems, automotive vehicles and tools in the mechanical industry. Professionals trained by SENAI CIMATEC experience technological experiences and are prepared to work in the job market. Knowledge related to petrochemical industry equipment, refrigeration systems and aeronautical and railway systems is also covered. The Mechanical Engineer trained at SENAI CIMATEC also works in the development and management of industrial systems and machines, applying tools and new technologies.

Coordenador - Júlio César Chaves Câmara

He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Bahia (1997), Automotive Engineering from Hashimoto Polytechnic, Tokyo, a master's degree in Mechatronics from the Federal University of Bahia (2006) and a PhD in Computational Modeling and Industrial Technology - SENAI - Regional Department of Bahia ( 2016). He is currently an assistant professor - SENAI - National Department. He has experience in the area of ​​Mechanical Engineering, with an emphasis on Automotive Systems, working mainly on the following topics: vehicle maintenance, engines, engine monitoring, fuels and automotive systems.
